With a PhD in Organizational Leadership and Change Management and a background in emergency services, he brings structure, accountability, and measurable results to modern networking through professionally facilitated, purpose-driven connections.

Tom Ferry is also actively exploring the acquisition of an established small business as an owner operator or strategic growth partner. He is especially interested in service based or locally rooted companies with strong teams, loyal customers, and succession minded owners. His approach is long-term and people-first, focused on sustainable growth rather than short-term transactions.
